Michael J. Harris of Crowe & Harris, LLP , has been named to the Board of Governors for the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys (MATA). As a member of the Board of Governors, Michael will play an important role in helping to determine the policies and bylaws of MATA, as well as participating in a wide range of activities on behalf of the organization.
The Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys is a Massachusetts-based organization dedicated to the advancement of the legal profession and helping to see that all Massachusetts residents have fair access to the justice system. Among other things, MATA provides continuing legal education courses to its members, engages in lobbying efforts at the state legislature, and provides access to a wide network of legal professionals for members to benefit from.
