About
Isabel joined Crowe & Harris, LLP as a Medical Intake Coordinator with nearly five years of experience in the legal field. Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience in litigation, probate, and estate planning, working directly with clients and assisting with medical records, settlement matters, probate filings, deeds, and trust documents.
As a Medical Intake Coordinator, Isabel works closely with prospective clients during the initial evaluation of potential medical malpractice claims. She helps gather and identify important facts and information for review by the firm’s medical and legal team while guiding prospective clients through the intake process with professionalism, patience, and compassion. She understands that individuals contacting the firm are often facing difficult and stressful circumstances and strives to make the process as clear and comfortable as possible.
Isabel holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, San Marcos and is currently pursuing a paralegal certificate through the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
In her free time, Isabel enjoys audiobooks, heavy music, mythology, and history, particularly ancient history, the Renaissance, and the First and Second World Wars.
